We build vibratory and centrifugal finishing machines from 40 to 1,200 litres, supply the media and compounds that go in them, and repair and reline finishing machines of any make.
A good finish needs the right machine, the right media and the right process, and it needs the machine to keep running. We handle all four.
Standard sizes from 40 to 900 litres, and custom sizes built to order.

Most worn machines don't need replacing. We recondition vibratory bowls and troughs, reline them in PU, and replace springs, PU bushes, flopper assemblies and motors. We do this for STS machines and for machines from other makers.

Over 25 manufacturers, from single workshops to multi-plant groups, run their finishing on STS machines, media and service.
Our team has more than 15 years of experience building vibratory machines and setting up finishing processes. When you call us, you speak to the people who build and service the machines.
About STSIt depends on the size of your parts and how many you need to finish per day. Our standard vibratory machines run from 40 to 900 litres, separation machines up to 1,200 litres, and we build other sizes to order. Send us your part details or a sample and we'll recommend a size.
Yes. Send us a few samples with the finish you need. We test media, compound and cycle time and send you the results.
Yes. We reline, repair and service vibratory and centrifugal machines from other makers as well as our own.
It depends on the material and the finish. Ceramic media is used for fast deburring and descaling of steel parts, plastic media for aluminium, brass and soft metals, porcelain for fine finishing, steel media for burnishing, and drying media to dry parts after finishing. We'll recommend the right type, shape and size for your parts.
Tell us the material, size and finish you need. A photo helps.
